Partnered Sessions £40 (£20 each)
It can be fun to train with a partner or friend in the gym it can help to increase motivation and therefore push you on to achieve health and fitness goals together. Chris currently has a few clients that train in this way, with partnered sessions you still get an individual program to work from. You still gain benefits from personal training with an added bonus of saving money.
Group Training 3 – 6 people (£15 per person)
As with partnered training, training in a group can be fun and motivating, if you have a group of friends interested in achieving their long term health and fitness goals, why not try group training.
